All returns require prior written authorization from SIMPACT Golf.

Products returned without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number may be refused.

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of original delivery provided that:

Product is unused

Product is in like-new condition

Original packaging is included

Product is resalable

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 10%.restocking fee if the product must be re-packaged due to packaging damage.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return results from a SIMPACT error or an approved warranty claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
