Warranty

SIMPACT Golf warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in writing.

If a product is determined by SIMPACT Golf to be defective during the warranty period, SIMPACT Golf may, at its sole discretion:  Repair the product, Replace the product, Replace defective components, Issue a credit or refund where appropriate.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, workmanship defects and failure of properly installed components during normal use.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation
  • Improper assembly
  • Product modification
  • Unauthorized alterations
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Neglect
  • Accidents
  • Improper storage
  • Improper maintenance
  • Exposure to corrosive environments
  • Commercial use beyond intended product specifications
  • Cosmetic damage occurring after delivery
  • Damage caused by transportation after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear

Common examples of non-warrantable conditions include:

  • Scratches
  • Surface wear
  • Finish damage
  • Dents caused by impact
  • Damage from golf ball strikes outside the product's intended use
  • Damage caused by improper mounting or fastening methods

 
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

To initiate a warranty claim, submit the form below.

SIMPACT Golf may request additional information and/or pictures to assist in evaluating the warranty claim.

If the warranty claim is approved, SIMPACT Golf will email you with a RMA number and shipping instructions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, SIMPACT Golf will issue a refund.
